Photo-Sonics International Ltd operates a fully equipped service centre at it offices in Thame, Oxfordshire. Dedicated to the repair, maintenance, and test of our products, we take pride in the competence of our skilled engineers, ensuring they are factory and able to deliver a first class service.
In line with our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions to our customers, we offer support contracts designed to efficiently manage through-life costs. Photo-Sonics currently have such contracts with the UK Ministry of Defence, other military clients, and their prime contractors. These support contracts are tailored to meet our customers' specific requirements and budget, encompassing obsolescence management as needed.
We offer telephone, email, and web-based technical support, ensuring that queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Additionally, we offer training programs covering both current and legacy products.
Customer Support is available from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs UK time, Monday to Friday.
